My stay at the hotel was a mix of both great experiences and some drawbacks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location, while not perfect, was convenient being right across the street from Camden Yard. However, the view from the room facing an electrical company's business wasn't ideal. The dining experience was decent, although it could use some improvement in terms of freshness. Overall, a good value for money with some minor areas needing attention.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were plenty big enough and well appointed, updated, and very clean. They were very comfortable and much larger than most.
Service
9.0
The service was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff acted like rockstars, and it was a nice bonus being right across the street from the historic Camden Yards.
Location
7.0
The location isn't great, but being downtown, that's somewhat expected. It was directly across the street from Camden Yard, with great sports pubs nearby.
Dining
6.0
The dining could be a little better, needing fresher pastries and serving Turkey bacon. The breakfast was over average for a hotel free breakfast.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a variety of facilities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and valet parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were so clean and neat, the pool and gym area were spotless, and my kids and I truly enjoyed our spacious suite. The staff was respectful and helpful. We're already planning to come back in June this year.
Rooms

The rooms are large and spacious, worked in perfect conditions.
Service

The service was fantastic. The staff was very kind and considerate.
Location
10.0
The location is like right in the middle of everything there is to do. We were able to walk to The Harbor, Lexington Market, Pier, restaurants, Camden Yards, Raven's stadium, and even Babe Ruth's Birth House.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was typical hot hotel breakfast but done very well, very fresh. The only downside was the limited options.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel had all the facilities we needed and they were well-maintained.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and typical for their class, quiet, and having breakfast included was a great perk. However, my room wasn't serviced during my entire stay, and I encountered two cockroaches, which was off-putting.
Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and fine, except for the two cockroaches I found during my stay.
Service
9.0
The staff appeared and moved vehicles to allow me to enter the property, they were friendly and professional.
Location
8.0
The location was great and within walking distance of M&T Bank Stadium, which was our primary focus.
Dining
5.0
The dining was mostly terrible, consisting of oatmeal I didn't like, in a bag each morning.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic but functional.
